Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 4, 2025

All digital products — including guides, templates, and downloads — sold through alexmoon.info (and Moonbeam Marketing) are non-refundable. All sales are final.

That means once a purchase is made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Why?

Because digital goods can’t be “returned.” Once the file is downloaded or accessed, it’s yours — permanently. And since they’re instantly delivered, we can’t reverse that delivery or verify non-use.

The Only Exception:

We may offer a refund in rare cases at our sole discretion — but only if:

✅ You can demonstrate that the product did not work as described, despite following the instructions or using the content in good faith.

And...

✅ You reach out within 14 days of purchase with clear, specific reasoning and any supporting proof.

Send refund requests to hello@moonbeam.marketing — include your order number, product name, and details about why the product didn’t work for you.

Things to Know:

• ❌ We do not issue partial refunds

• ❌ We do not refund digital tools that have been downloaded or accessed

• ❌ We do not refund because you changed your mind, didn’t use the product, or expected different results without following the content

• ✅ We aim to respond within a few business days and process any approved refunds within 30 days of agreement
